Christian Bax
Christian Bax served as Florida’s chief medical marijuana regulator from 2015 through 2018. As the first Director of the Florida Department of Health’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use, Bax oversaw the development of Florida’s medical marijuana use registry, implemented the state’s patient identification card program, and assembled the Department’s medical marijuana inspection and compliance team.
Christian is currently an attorney and regulatory affairs specialist working in the cannabis industry. He has published articles on cannabis regulation in the Tampa Bay Times, the Palm Beach Post, Florida Today, the Fort Meyers News-Press, the Tallahassee Democrat, and the Cannabis Industry Journal.

Tony Glover
Tony Glover is an attorney and regulatory consultant with years of experience appearing before state agencies in Tallahassee. He previously served as Director of the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Deputy Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.
